Sheraton Bali Kuta Resort is pleased to launch its 2015 White Magic Sunsets, its popular series of nu-disco pool parties that has redefined Kuta-style entertainment for Bali locals, trendsetters and visitors to the area. These music-focused, poolside events featuring sounds from the 70’s and 80’s will be held Sunday afternoons to welcome the gorgeous Bali sunsets starting in June and ending in October.
“White Magic Sunsets at Sheraton Bali Kuta Resort has become an extremely popular summer series since it began in 2013,” said Dario Orsini, General Manager of Sheraton Bali Kuta Resort. “This year we are excited to bring it back for seven Sunday afternoons, creating larger events featuring the most talented DJ’s from across the globe spinning ’70s- and ‘80s-influenced tunes. It’s the ultimate poolside celebration and ideal for guests to enjoy following Sunday brunch at the resort’s Feast restaurant.”
Combined with the popular Feast Market Brunch and Beachwalk location, White Magic Sunsets is a family-friendly series that allows all guests to chill out as they take in the Bali sunset. In conjunction, Sheraton Bali Kuta has also announced a special overnight package that offers the full White Magic Sunset experience. The luxury package includes a complimentary room upgrade, breakfast, one free beverage at White Magic Sunsets, a “Party Pack” amenities, plus a one-way airport transfer. White Magic Sunsets overnight package rates start at USD 190++.
Sheraton Bali Kuta Resort has again partnered with Argentinian DJ and producer Adrian Giordano, the resident DJ who is providing music and creative direction for the series.
Giordano, known for his signature style that includes a blend between Nu Funk, Nu Disco and Deep House, all dusted with 80’s Electro-Boogie flavor, has a loyal fan base in Bali and beyond, plus strong connections to DJs and producers from around the world. For the 2015 series, Giordano has lined up internationally-celebrated Nu- Disco artists such as Pete Herbert (UK), Ray Mang (UK), Alkalino (Portugal), and Marius Vareid (Norway).
Giordano and Sheraton Bali Kuta Resort’s events team thoughtfully conceptualizes every element of White Magic Sunsets. Sound and visuals are made to match the quality of the talented artists with line-array quality sound and video mapped visuals, bringing a new dimension to event design in Bali. Guests will also have complimentary access to changing rooms and the swimming pool. Each White Magic Sunset event features two or more DJ’s with acoustic artists for select dates.
