Sheraton Grand Macao Hotel’s Personal Limousine Service Opens Up a World of Artisanal Italian Dishes at Bene
Leisurely Sunday brunches will never be the same again as Sheraton Grand Macao Hotel launches a door-to-door limousine service to its Italian eatery Bene, making this semi-buffet brunch, with its full range of savory Italian artisanal dishes, a truly ‘grand’ experience.
With guests constantly seeking more flavorful and dynamic dining options, Bene’s expansive range of Italian home-style cuisine will delight even the most demanding palate, with its artisanal dishes taking center stage. Along with the freshest seafood and classic fare such as homemade pastas and pizza from the brick oven, Bene Sunday Brunch has more than 50 dishes for guests to choose from, all prepared by the Sheraton Grand Macao Hotel’s talented team of chefs.
Among the many artisanal dishes on the menu, which are freshly prepared and artfully presented to each guest upon their request, the braised beef cheek in red wine is a must try, especially when paired with a label from Bene’s intricately-stocked wine cellar. Guests looking for even more beef-inspired dishes should try the Slow-cooked marinated beef with truffled mashed potatoes.
Of course, Bene hasn’t forgotten about seafood aficionados and the slow-baked Black mussel casserole or piping-hot Sautéed squid in lentil sauce will have guests asking for more. And those looking for the extraordinary can indulge themselves with Bene’s signature Spaghetti “Carbonara”, which is prepared on a giant wheel of Castelmagno cheese; or the Wild mushroom lasagna with montasio cheese, a mountain cheese produced from cow’s milk in northeastern Italy.
This delightful and tantalizing meal kicks off with antipasti, cold meats and a wide selection of cheese. And for dessert, Bene’s very own creations of Espresso Panna Cotta with crispy chocolate pearls, and Forest berries with marsala and zabaglione, are superb choices.
The limousine transfers to and from Bene are complimentary for parties of four or as many as six persons.
Sunday Brunch at Bene Italian trattoria is available from 11:00 am to 3:00 pm on Sundays. Brunch is priced at MOP458* per adult, and children aged between six and 12-years-old dine for MOP100*.
