Siam Kempinski Hotel Bangkok appoints Sebastian de Vizacaya as Director of Food and Beverage

Siam Kempinski Hotel Bangkok has appointed Sebastian de Vizacaya as Director of Food and Beverage. Sebastian worked previously as Food and Beverage Manager at the Banyan Tree and Angsana Lang Co in Central Vietnam.

He began his career in Morocco at the Angsana Riads Collection in Marrakech before moving to the Banyan Tree Al Wadi – Ras Al Khaimah in UAE.

Sebastian is a French national and obtained his Bachelor’s degree in International Hotel Management from Institute Vatel, at the International Hotel Management School in Marrakech, Morocco. Sebastian’s native language is French but also speaks fluent English, Arabic and Spanish with basic language skills in Dutch and German.

With his experience and expertise in food and beverage roles Sebastian will provide and deliver the ultimate culinary experiences and service whilst driving culinary innovation and creativity at the Siam Kempinski Bangkok.

“I grew up in a family of hoteliers. My passion and my heart have always been set in food and beverage. I have always sought for the new dining scene everywhere I go and I have come across numerous fascinating culinary experiences during my career. I am truly honoured to be appointed as the new Director of Food and Beverage at the Siam Kempinski Hotel Bangkok. Bangkok is a fascinating metropolis and truly known to be a foodie city,” said Sebastian. “We have some spectacular ideas for 2017. I will certainly be a fantastic year and we look forward to welcoming our local and international patrons to be part of it.”
