Siam Paragon underlines its position as the world’s shopping and lifestyle destination by introducing “The Gourmet Garden” the world-class dining heaven in the heart of Bangkok city. This latest culinary delight conjures more than 30 fine dining restaurants and dessert cafés standing proudly in the vast area of 8,000 square meters at G floor, Siam Paragon. The Gourmet Garden harmoniously synchronizes the realm of nature, spectacular arts and cutting-edge technology to meet the needs of diners who are in search of the new dining experience which has it all, be they gourmet delights, convenience and aesthetically pleasing ambience.

With that in mind, The Gourmet Garden, the new dining zone with a design blueprint of “Pandorascape” is born. Various natural elements are placed to every impeccable detail of design from floor to ceiling, including the installation art of gigantic bamboo pillars designed by Korakot Aromdee, a renowned designer who creates works of art using natural materials. Highlighted restaurants making their debut in Thailand at The Gourmet Garden include Clinton St. Baking Company, the NYC “it” place breakfast, lunch and weekend brunch. Clinton St. Baking Company has been praised by New York Magazine for its “nothin’-fancy-just-good-eats,” and has been repeatedly voted “best pancakes,” “best burger,” “best biscuits,” “best fried chicken,” and “best breakfast or brunch” by dozens of media outlets, creating a passionate following that attracts foodies from around the world.
