We are launching with a fabulous new flavour and fascinating recipes, made by the hands of Chef Joan Tanya Dot, Chef De Cuisine Manager. His creative signature dishes give guests a taste of authentic Spanish and Mediterraneancuisine. All this within a unique atmosphere, a stylish decor plus a large menu, with a selection of your favourite dishes. Starting with our delicious signature dish “COCHINILLO” Roasted Suckling Pig made with a specialised cooking technique, served with natural gravy, green mojo sauce and namjimjeaw.
