Next month, for the very first time, Silver Muse begins her inaugural season in Alaska.  Departing between May and September 2019, 14 voyages ranging from 7 to 21 days will navigate the enchanting natural wonders of the region, regularly sailing between Seward and Vancouver.  Guests also have the opportunity to choose from three convenient Vancouver roundtrip sailings of 10 to 11 days, offering more immersive explorations of this magnificent region.

Spectacular, once-in-a-lifetime experiences await as Silver Muse transports guests through idyllic untouched regions of spectacular beauty, visiting stunning Alaskan ports such as Juneau, Skagway and Sitka.  Two whale watching voyages, in partnership with leading UK marine conservation charity, ORCA, also provide the opportunity to discover and engage with incredible marine life and contribute to ORCA’s ongoing marine conservation work by helping to collect critical sighting data of whales, dolphins and porpoises.

Whilst travelling on board, guests can choose from an array of exciting activities, including wilderness kayaking adventures, scenic hikes, and fly fishing for salmon.  A guided trek at Anan Creek provides the thrilling opportunity to observe bears in their natural element, whilst a journey from Ketchikan combines two favourite Alaska experiences: a flight on a De Havilland Beaver floatplane and a meal featuring Alaskan Dungeness Crab.  Keystone species to spot include Bald and Golden Eagles, the surprisingly bashful Brown bear and the mighty Orca and Humpback whales.

Early Booking Bonus fares for a 7 day sailing from Vancouver to Seward start from just AU$4,680 per person, based on double occupancy in a Vista Suite.  On select voyages, a last minute savings offer is also available, guests will receive US$1,000 on-board credit per suite, and a one-category suite upgrade when booking by 30 April 2019.  Early Booking Bonus savings of 10% and single supplement fares for solo travellers are also available on select voyages.
