“Sauteed Scallops with Cordyceps Flower and Elm Fungus” is a must-try! Freshly imported from Canada, the scallops are more flavorsome, with a firm, fleshy texture and are larger in size. Traditional Chinese delicacies cordyceps flower and elm fungus are added in to enhance the rich taste. Chinese Executive Chef Raymond also recommends “Baked Crab Shell Stuffed with Crab Meat, Onion, Mushroom and Cheese”, “Braised Goose Web with Sea Moss and Black Mushroom” and more! CNY a-la-carte dishes are available from HK$168 to HK$568. The set dinner menu is available at HK$3,520 for 4 and HK$8,280 for 8, while the set lunch menu is at HK$368 per person.
