Paying tribute to Singapore’s reputation as a foodie paradise, Mandarin Oriental, Singapore has curated theSingapore Food Trail experience.

With panoramic floor to ceiling windows overlooking the bay, guests can unwind in a Marina Bay Suite and enjoy the traditional Peranakan delicacy of Nonya Kueh served in a ‘tingkat’ carrier. Accompanied by Executive Sous Chef, Eric Tan, guests will be taken on a gastronomic journey during their stay, to Tiong Bahru Market and Food Centre to savour hawker fare and other heritage foods.

At the hotel, guests will gain further culinary insights during a hands-on experience learning to create Rojak, the traditional vegetable and fruit salad dish from the region. For a pampering touch, guest can also retreat to The Spa, an oasis of tranquillity within the hotel, for an hour of Pandan Bliss. This treatment uses compression techniques and a poultice of natural Pandan leaves to rejuvenate the feet and body.
