Site Builder 2.0 helps personalise Travellers Choice websites

Travellers Choice members can now give their individual websites the same level of personality and flair as a traditional shop-front following the launch of Site Builder 2.0, the national retail group’s unique website solution.

Currently used by more than one third of Travellers Choice agencies, Site Builder technology enables each of the group’s members to offer a sophisticated and customised website (with a unique URL address) supported by centrally-loaded products.

Agents promote their website to their local communities or niche markets, while Travellers Choice generates online traffic to member websites through smart search engine marketing.

Marketing Manager Robyn Mitchell says the latest version of Site Builder still provides a consistent Travellers Choice look and feel, but gives agents the additional flexibility to create more customised virtual shop-fronts by injecting their own content.

“The home page features five panels and in the two main panels members are free to display whatever videos, messages, stories, promotions and images they think will engage and entertain their target audience and potential customers,” says Robyn.

“In the remaining three panels members can insert widgets that promote specific products or site features – from cruise, hotels and insurance deals to Qantas Club and an electronic edition of the Travellers ChoiceDiscover magazine.                                                        

“In other words using Site Builder 2.0 our members can express their company’s particular interests, activities or specialist areas, just as they would if they were dressing their shopfront.”

The new features are automatically available at no extra cost to all Travellers Choice members operating Site Builder websites.

Site Builder 2.0 is a key element in Travellers Choice’s digital marketing strategy, which also includes database marketing system TC Direct and a range of social media activities.
