Select your favourite main course from premium choices of meat including Australian Pasture Fed Beef Fillet, Australian Grain Fed Rib Eye, Veal Chop, Half Grilled Chicken and Rib Lamb Rack.

Alternately, fresh seafood choices include Whole Sea Bass and Salmon Fillet served with two choices of sauce that include Béarnaise, Red Wine Jus and Lemon Butter, and a choice of three vegetable garnish side dishes including Creamed Spinach, Ratatouille and Pommes Purée.

Finally, indulge in mouth-watering desserts such as Cherry Jubilée, Chocolate Mousse, Traditional Crème Brûlée, Mango Tart and a selection of imported French farmhouse cheeses as you appreciate Chef Antony’s carefully crafted delicious presentations with a relaxing drink.
