Skal International Orlando Members Choose Top Central Florida Attractions, Hotels And Restaurant Meeting Venues
As the second largest Skal Club in the United States and ranked among the top 10 in the world, Skal International Orlando brings its members to the top travel, tourism and hospitality venues in Central Florida to meet, network and conduct business each month, and it’s not by coincidence.
“Our members are key executives with very successful attractions, hotels, restaurants and entertainment venues in Orlando,” said president Jeff Chase “We support them and get to know them by bringing members together each month at their establishments. We reach out to other hospitality companies to host us and check us out for membership, too.”
Skal board member Carla Ritthamel is in charge of planning and scheduling monthly meetings throughout the year, achieving a balance of hotels, restaurants, attractions and entertainment venues as hosts. “We want to offer a variety of experiences at our member meetings that constantly open up new opportunities for networking and doing business,” said Ritthamel. “During the year, our monthly meetings consist of a cocktail hour, and dinner with speaker. In summer months, we have more informal mixer meetings.”
Upcoming Skal International Orlando meeting venues will feature an impressive lineup that includes: Del Frisco’s Steak House on International Drive, the B Resort Lake Buena Vista, Tapa Toro in the new I-Drive 360 Complex, Loews Royal Pacific at Universal, the Hard Rock Hotel , UCF Rosen College of Hospitality Management and Sea World Orlando.
“It’s a win, win for all of us in the industry, for the hosts and for our travel, tourism and hospitality industry members,” Chase added. “We see it as a tremendous professional support system for one another.”
