Skal International Sydney will be dining at The Apprentice Restaurant for its next monthly luncheon on 9 September. The Apprentice is Sydney TAFE’s fabulous training restaurant for the up and coming stars of the hospitality industry.
The guest speaker for the event is Sydney TAFE Institute Director, David Riordan who will speak about the work Sydney TAFE is doing to develop the skills of the next generation of chefs, waiters, sommeliers and more. Students who have trained at Sydney TAFE will also speak about their experience, the skills they have developed and where their training has taken them.
Members of Skal International Sydney, their guests and visitors welcome.
Skal International Sydney President Verniece Irvine said “This is a fantastic opportunity to see young students displaying their professionalism. Our meals will be prepared by the students who will one day be the leaders in our hospitality industry.”
