Small Group Touring Co., a division of the Bunnik Group, has appointed Zoe Francis as Trade Partnership Manager to act as the main point of contact for the trade and develop strong relationships and opportunities to support the company’s new brand.
With a career in the travel industry spanning 13 years across wholesale touring and retail travel, including roles at Travelex and G Adventures, Francis joins Small Group Touring Co. from Bunnik Tours, where she was Business Development Manager for the past four years.
Small Group Touring Co. offers tours with small group sizes of less than 18 people, aiming to provide travellers with authentic experiences and more personal connections to destinations.
“I’m looking forward to introducing the Small Group Touring Co. to the trade,” said Francis. “We are offering some really wonderful experiences on our itineraries which will allow their clients to truly connect with the destinations they visit whether it’s on a walking tour of Negombo’s best seafood restaurants, learning pizza making from the experts in Italy or stepping back in time and touring Acre’s Crusader city in Israel.”
With offices in the US, Australia and Sri Lanka, Small Group Touring Co. offers 30 small group tours visiting 38 countries across seven regions – Africa, Asia, Central America, Europe, the Middle East, South America and the UK and Ireland.
Francis brings extensive travel experience to the role from journeys through South, Central and North America, India and Nepal to Japan and South East Asia, New Zealand, the Middle East and Europe.
Highlights have included seeing the Big 5 during safari drives in Tanzania, getting up close to the ancient icons of Egypt and witnessing the beauty of Machu Picchu.
