Sofitel Auckland Viaduct Harbour is pleased to team up with premium whisky brand The Glenlivet to present their debut Whisky Tasting Dinner at the hotel’s private venue The Cellar.

Hosted by The Glenlivet ambassador for New Zealand, David Wallace, the exclusive epicurean event invites guests to challenge their senses with a 5-course degustation menu with matching whiskies.

Tastings include whisky from The Glenlivet Founder’s Reserve, Nàdurra First-Fill and The Glenlivet XXV, each delivering an intriguing palate of intricate flavours.

Sofitel Auckland Viaduct Harbour’s Executive Chef, Sebastian Hindrichs, has crafted a mouth-watering menu to match each tipple featuring venison carpaccio, crispy pork belly, butter poached snapper, Wakanui beef filet and Valrhona chocolate mousse.

Just in time for Father’s Day, The Glenlivet Whisky Tasting Dinner will be held at Sofitel Auckland Viaduct Harbour on Wednesday 5 September at 6pm.
