At fiery Northern Chinese restaurant Hutong, the floor below aqua, diners will enjoy an elaborate 9-dish banquet. Amongst the featured dishes are Braised Whole Abalone and Japanese mushroom in oyster sauce, Crispy deboned lamb ribs with Chinese pancakes and Spotted grouper fillets in spicy black bean sauce. All diners at Hutong will be welcomed with a “Legend of the Dragon” cocktail made of whisky, grape fruit skin dipped in honey, pineapple juice & ginger ale to kick-off the celebrations.
