Special Oolong Menu for Oolong Tea Month at 1823 Tea Lounge by Ronnefeldt

1823 Tea Lounge by Ronnefeldt at Gaysorn, Bangkok (the world’s first luxury Tea Lounge by Ronnefeldt) is offering special Oolong based dishes and drinks for the first month of the year to help balance your body and get ready for the rest of 2016.


The Oolong special creations include “Da Hong Pao Oolong Tea Kingfish carpaccio” (380++) – beetroot marinated Kingfish carpaccio smoked with Da Hong Pao tea and served with mango passion fruit dressing, “Foie gras torchon with Bangkok Blend Tea Dressing” (520++)- Foie gars torchon served with brioche, caramelized pears and Bangkok blend Oolong dressing, Superior Oolong smoked salmon” (480++)  – Superior Oolong tea smoked and herb butter crusted salmon served with perricone pesto sauce and cherry tomato salsa.

Pairing with specially created Oolong mocktails include Oriental lover (190++) – Oriental Oolong with Pineapple Juice, Passion Fruit Juice and a touch of Lime Juice; Bangkok Smile (190++) – Tie Guan Yin Oolong with Lychee Juice, Passion Fruit Juice and a touch of Lime Juice.

For those in the mood for something sweeter, enjoy our Oolong infused scone with imported clotted cream and 1823 Ronnefeldt homemade jam. 1823 special Oolong menus and drinks are available through January 2016.
