  • Wok-fried Maine Lobster, Celery, Onion in Yellow Curry
  • Crispy Soft Shell Crab with Thai Aromatic Herb Salad
  • Wok-fried Rock Lobster with Rhizomes, Chili and Hot Basil
  • Wok-fried Prawns, Water Lily Stems, Shiitake Mushrooms and Soy Bean Paste
