Newly opened Spiga is offering an exceptional Valentine’s Menu to captivate couples in a culinary love story with the best of Michelin-star Eataly. Experience the tasteful love affair with four courses in the undeniably romantic setting of Spiga’s vintage interiors available for HKD1,388 per couple on 14 February only.
Head Chef Giuseppe invites guests to experience the best of contemporary Italian dining this Valentine’s Day, with a bespoke, brand-new menu for loving couples, and the option to add a further spark to the dinner with a Veuve Clicquot Ponsardin rosé pairing by the glass or bottle for HKD148/HKD728 respectively.
The culinary love story begins with the introduction of perfectly Seared Scallops or a more traditional Beef Fassona Tartar that leaves guests wanting more. To follow, the couple can lose themselves in conversation over Spiga’s house-made Ravioli with Buffalo Ricotta, broccoli stuffing, cuttlefish and a creamy roasted potato broth or Chef Enrico Bartolini’s famed pink Risotto with Beetroot, dotted with a flavourful dose of warm Gorgonzola cheese.
Taking the passionate Eatalian courtship to the next level, the delicate Roasted Turbot in fresh tomato sauce perfectly seasoned with lemon and oregano is sure to stir the senses or one of Spiga’s famed tasting menu items, the tender Crunchy Veal Cheek enhanced with aromatic pumpkin and horseradish.
The culinary love story piques with the Soft Chocolate dessert accompanied by a dazzling Strawberry Sorbet – true amore in the Spiga culinary romance rivalling any Italian love affair.

These two semi-private curtained dining booths for two hidden along the entrance to the main dining room area are Hong Kong’s most romantic candlelight setting, with heavy emerald green and blue curtains providing a sense of intimacy for a surprise engagement on the most romantic evening of the year.
