Have you saved a great number of songs and in need of an easy way to organize them? Are you interested in finding out what you’ve saved, and of who you are as a music fan? Spotify’s new feature Organize Your Music helps users easily categorize their saved music.
Spotify’s new feature “Organize Your Music” sorts all of a user’s saved songs by a handful of parameters, including genres, moods, decades, styles, and popularity. Each of these are also broken down into subcategories. Those categorized results can then be saved as playlists, allowing users to separate and better organize their music.
If users want to learn more about what types of music they have saved, Organize Your Music can also help them find the answer. The result will be demonstrated through a diagram as soon as users select the subcategories they prefer.
Spotify has been trying to provide better music experience via innovation and welcomes developers to introduce innovative techniques for analyzing, processing, and synthesizing audio and music signals. Therefore, Organize Your Music was created during the Science of Music Hackathon that Spotify hosted in New York City this August.
