Starting from now to April 30, step into the world of flowers and petals with over 10 types of desserts in the brand new weekday Afternoon T Set and weekend Afternoon T Buffet. Culinary Director Chef Alain uses a colorful palette of yellow, orange and green as well as edible flowers to represent the vibrancy and liveliness of Spring. The “Passion fruit and mango cheese cake” is the best example. The two kinds of fruit within the dessert not only complement each other well, its look also creates a refreshing visual impact with its yellow and brown appearance, symbolizing a bumble bee visiting the garden.

Other highlights include “Green tea strawberry bar”, “Vanilla custard kiwi tart”, “Avocado & peas in tomato basket” and many more. The set is available at HK$418+10% for two from Monday to Friday and HK$268+10% per person on Saturday, Sunday and Public Holidays.
