The growing list of astonishing firsts beamed up from the space age city of Dubai now includes a hotel suite bigger than the property’s own ballroom.
Located over two-storeys, the St Regis Dubai’s 913-square-metre three-bedroom Imperial three bedroom suite features a vast living room, formal 12-seater dining room, elegant study, relaxing lounge area and a spacious majlis that is ideal for meetings.
The three bedrooms include a master connected to a huge bathroom with an exquisite free-standing bathtub in the centre and adjoining separate male and female walk-in dressing rooms. The additional two bedrooms – one king bed and one twin beds – have their own double vanity bathrooms. The pièce de résistance is a majestic in-room spiral staircase that leads into the central dome of the hotel, where a rooftop plunge pool and generously sized majlis reveal panoramic views of the landscaped gardens and surrounds.
The 234-room hotel with its 52 luxurious suites debuted the St. Regis brand in Dubai in November 2015.
The 358-square-metre Royal Suites include dedicated in-room spa facilities, a majlis style lounge, efficient study space, a living room separate to the eight seater dining room and bar area as well as a spacious bedroom with an oversized bathroom and walk-in wardrobe. Two Caroline Astor Suites honour the celebrated grand dame of St. Regis and mother of founder John Jacob Astor IV.
