With significant business growth over the past 12 months, Staging Connections South East Queensland are appointing experienced new team members to manage numerous exciting business opportunities.
Jim Grey, previously of Moreton Hire, has been appointed as an additional Account Manager in the South East Queensland team. His main responsibilities are to build relationships with new clients whilst selling Staging Connections range of technical, styling, digital and design services.
With a background in audio engineering, and over five years’ experience in the events industry managing accounts like CeBIT Australia, Mr Grey has a host of industry contacts and technical understanding which he brings to the new position.
Susan Hamilton, Sales Manager – South East Queensland, Staging Connections commented that this is a critical role in the development of business outside of the successful network of hotel partnerships.
“Building our team of Account Managers is a pivotal step in the further growth of Staging Connections in South East Queensland. A large portion of our business in Queensland is outside of our hotel partnerships, so Jim will focus on relationships with agencies and corporate event planners, managing all sorts of event styles from basic conferences and trade show stands to custom designed cocktail parties, product launches and gala dinners.
