Stamford Plaza Melbourne has commenced construction on 26 brand new guest suites that will incorporate contemporary interior design and the latest in amenities.
The $2.3 million development project will benefit both leisure and corporate travellers who frequent the city, offering an exceptional experience with first class features.
The additional rooms will be added to the East Tower facade of Little Collins Street, bringing the total accommodation offering to 309 rooms.

Stamford Plaza Melbourne will remain open for the duration of the construction and all design transformation works will be carried out with the greatest care to ensure that guests are not disrupted.
The program is scheduled for completion in late 2016.
Stamford Plaza Melbourne management has also indicated that future upgrades, including a new food and beverage outlet, may be undertaken during winter.
