Star Cruises SuperStar Virgo Begins Brand-New Shenzhen Tai Zi Bay Homeport Deployment in November 2016

From 12 November 2016, Star Cruises Flagship SuperStar Virgo will commence a brand new, 3-month Vietnam and Sanya itinerary with Shenzhen Tai Zi Bay as the homeport.http://recruitment.travelcounsellors.com/au/?utm_source=eGlobal&utm_medium=banner&utm_campaign=Its%20time Starting with one of the seven Wonders of Nature – Halong Bay, the cruise will travel to Hoi An Ancient Town, the UNESCO World Heritage site in Da Nang; then to Nha Trang – The “Oriental Maldives”, followed by Ho Chi Minh City, the “Little Paris”, and finally to picturesque Sanya, Hainan, offering five iconic sceneries from a convenient location.

Mr. Ang Moo Lim, President of Star Cruises says, Our flagship, SuperStar Virgo, will be deployed to its brand-new homeport at Tai Zi Bay, Shekou, Shenzhen in November. Tai Zi Bay is located in the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macau Big Bay, which enjoys excellent geographical advantages and allows travellers from the Pearl River Delta and the Southwest area to cruise from a convenient location, while travellers from other regions can also enjoy cruise traveling at ease with accessible and comprehensive transportation services.

Guest experience will be taken up to a new level from April 17 onwards: On the Okinawa cruise departing fromthe double-homeport at Hong Kong and Nansha, Guangzhou, those who stay in Oceanview Stateroom Balconies and above will be entitled to a whole new upgraded experience, including room dining service, free show tickets and more.

Delicacies are obviously one of the most important elements of a cruise voyage. Apart from having menus with MichelinStared Restaurants Kam’s Kitchen, Sun Tung Lok Chinese Cuisine and Ye Shanghai, Star Cruises has successfully invited Crystal Jade La Mian Xiao Long Bao, a 7-year consecutive Michelin Bib Gourmand, to provide hero dishes such as Steamed Pork Dumplings “Shanghai” Style and “La Mian” Noodles with Dried Shrimp & Peanut in Spicy Sauce onboard.

Star Cruises has the honour to invite Mr. Johnson Wong, a famous food critic, to recommend the 10 best dishes on SuperStar Virgo. In line with the Okinawa itinerary from April to September, Star Cruises will collaborate withthe Okinawa Convention & Visitors Bureau (OCVB) and Mr. Wong to host gourmet tours at Naha and Miyakojima, where guests can enjoy the best dishes all the way from the cruise ship to land. In addition, Japanese-themed decorations and programs will be offered onboard, including the Sakura photo zone with Kimono rental and professional photography service, Japanese Tea Art Classes conducted by Japanese professionals, Wagashi classes, Oriental art & craft workshops, Japanese-themed High Tea and more.
