With 87 guest rooms, free Wi-Fi, dedicated conference and training rooms and an indoor garden, the property sits on 5,000 square metres and is the perfect introduction into the Chinese market for StayWell Holdings.

President & Director of StayWell Holdings, Mr. Simon Wan said the new property is an exciting opportunity to cement the Leisure Inn brand as a leader in business and leisure accommodation within the China market.

“Opening Leisure Inn Shenzhen is quite an achievement for StayWell, and demonstrates how committed we are to our global expansion plans,” said Mr Wan.

Leisure Inn Shenzhen Property Owner, Mr. Ben Ho, said “We are very pleased to have opened the doors to our first property in China and to have partnered with StayWell Holdings, “he said.

Leisure Inn Shenzhen boasts a central location in the Pingshan district, conveniently close to shopping precincts, restaurants, convenience stores and tourist attractions.

In addition, the property is nearby both the Kengzi Long Distance Bus Station and the Pingshan High Speed Railway Station, and in 2020 will be central to four main transit railway entrances allowing visitors to explore surrounding cities and attractions.
