StayWell Hospitality Group, one of the largest independently owned hotel management groups in Asia Pacific, has unveiled plans for its 3 million dollar (AUD) renovations to the Park Regis Singapore and Park Regis Dubai properties.

The Park Regis Singapore works are slated for completion in November and include the extension of their food and beverage offering, relocation of the reception, new meeting areas, upgrade of the gym and refresh of the rooftop bar. The delivery of a new conference facility accommodating up to 50 guests with stunning views of Clarke Quay and a new open-plan reception lounge area are just some of the extensive infrastructure plans in place.

Central to the refurbishment of Park Regis Singapore is the development of a 60 seat western-style dining area, pastry bar and lounge, providing a http://www.tourismlegal.com.au/range of cuisines through all-day dining menus in addition to international buffet breakfast with live cooking stations complimenting the newly completed alfresco  terrace area.

StayWell Hospitality Group CEO and Managing Director, Simon Wan says the multi-million dollar renovation is just as important for guests who stay at the hotel, as it is for locals.

“While the StayWell Hospitality Group is in a very exciting period of growth, we are committed to undertaking refurbishments to our current property portfolio to ensure we deliver an exceptional experience for those who visit or stay with us.”

“This investment, representing several million dollars, will deliver enhanced facilities for our guests – be that for a special event or conference in Dubai or guests in Singapore wanting supper at 2am or to host drinks at the rooftop bar overlooking the city,” Mr Wan says.

“The needs of guests are many and varied and the focus for StayWell remains on determining how we can best service those needs, which will be different in each and every market.”

The Park Regis Dubai renovations will focus on the conference and event spaces, to allow for greater flexibility and options with intimate dinners through to cocktail parties.

Locally-based Swift Interiors will undertake the work with the spaces being available ahead of the all-important festive season.

Both the Park Regis Singapore and Park Regis Dubai will remain fully operational and welcoming for guests throughout the refurbishment and enhancement period. The refurbishment works will be centred on daytime working schedules and noise will be limited to 9:30am to 6:00pm daily, with disturbances kept to a minimum.

StayWell Hospitality Group is rapidly expanding. The Australian company launched with just five hotels in NSW and Tasmania in 2006 today commands an international portfolio numbering 34 properties and has a strategic goal to grow its portfolio to 100 properties by 2017.
