Stayz Partners With Destination NSW To Promote The Blue Mountains

Stayz, Australia’s largest holiday rental website with more than 40,000 properties nationwide, has partnered with Destination NSW to launch It’s ON! in the Blue Mountains, a digital campaign encouraging visitation to the Blue Mountains during the region’s spring calendar of events.

The It’s ON! campaign has received an enthusiastic response from the Stayz community of holiday property owners, with over a quarter of those in the Blue Mountains offering special deals to stimulate new and returning visitors.

“As the market leader in the domestic holiday rental space, we are excited to launch this initiative in collaboration with Destination NSW,” says Anton Stanish, General Manager of Stayz.

“We believe this is the perfect opportunity to connect our subscriber base of over 600,000 travellers with fantastic Blue Mountains holiday rental deals.

“Travellers will have no trouble finding their ideal property in the Blue Mountains via Stayz for the perfect spring escape.

“We are passionate about supporting local tourism and we look forward to many more initiatives with Destination NSW in the future,” says Stanish. 

Destination NSW Acting Chief Executive, Simonne Shepherd, said the Blue Mountains will be in full bloom this Spring, with the region’s stunning scenery forming the backdrop of the exciting It’s ON! events calendar, which includes village markets, flower festivals, cultural celebrations, sporting pursuits and more.

“Spring is a fantastic time to visit the Blue Mountains with events and attractions to entertain the whole family. I encourage visitors to take advantage of one of the many great Stayz accommodation deals on offer,” Ms Shepherd said.

Stayz plays host to an eclectic mix of properties ranging from grand estates for large groups to cosy homesteads for intimate couples; from luxury, mountaintop villas for indulgers to vintage tree houses for the eccentric.

‘It’s ON! in the Blue Mountains!’ campaign is in market between 27 August – 15 October, for travel between 27 August – 31 November 2014.
