SuiteStory offers unprecedented access to four- and five-star hotel suite accommodations by negotiating discounted rates of up to 30 percent. Travelers simply select a destination city and travel dates, and SuiteStory generates a list of relevant options that fit the users’ criteria. With insider knowledge of how hotels price suites, SuiteStory is then able to negotiate discounted prices on the customer’s behalf. With an inventory of more than 10,000 suites, and hundreds more being added daily, the easy-to-navigate interface allows users to sort suite options by neighborhood, hotel chain, star rating, size, price, and/or floor number. Users can discover top suites with added bonus features — such as multi-bedroom, Jacuzzi-equipped or penthouses — and bookmark options they are considering. Additionally, SuiteStory Assist, a live chat function, provides a personalized, bespoke booking experience by answering specific questions, including information on the room view, amenities or what to do around the neighborhood.

SuiteStory was created by industry veterans Vikram Pradhan, former director of revenue management strategy at Starwood Hotels & Resorts Worldwide, and Dmitrii Beliakov, a seasoned entrepreneur and IT guru. While the demand for bespoke travel experiences continues to increase, research shows that hotel suites remain unsold approximately 67 percent of the year. Noticing the lack of information on regular travel sites about suites and the services that go with them, Pradhan and Beliakov created SuiteStory to provide a seamless process for guests to discover, compare and book suites while saving money.   • Jarrett paid $6,500 per night for a 3-night stay at a 5-star hotel near Central Park, New York for a suite that sold for $12,000 per night on the hotel website. The hotel also included free airport transfers
  • Kang-Hoon paid $2,000 per night for an 11-night stay at a 5-star hotel in Midtown for a Premium Suite that was listed at $4,500 per night on the hotel’s website
  • Mrs. Mackenzie paid $19,500 for a 5-night stay at a 5-star hotel near Central Park for a two bedroom suite. She saved $5,400 off what she would’ve paid had she not booked with SuiteStory
