Sommelier Marc Bittner at the Okura Prestige Bangkok is a renowned expert on wine and sake – but he is also knows how to create a sensational smoothie.
Up & Above Bar at The Okura Prestige Bangkok is offering a menu of four exotic summer smoothies until 30 June 2015.
“The smoothies are designed to give customers an authentic taste of summer. We use only the freshest fruit and other ingredients in each recipe,” explains Marc.
Each smoothie is priced at Baht 250++ and available daily at Up & Above 12 noon – 1:00 am from 1 April to 30 June 2015.

Tuscan Fresco: Apricot/blood orange purée/fresh grape juice/rosemary and Mediterranean yoghurt
Soleil de Provence: White peach/lavender-infused milk/blueberry and lemon
Memories of Siam: Palm water/coconut milk/banana, lime and honey
California Dreamin’: Avocado/ruby grapefruit purée /almond milk/pistachio brittle
