Last week, Park City and Summit Events, a DMC Network Company, welcomed the 2019 DMC Network Annual Exchange, with 125 industry and media professionals and from all over the globe arriving into Park City to experience the gorgeous mountain destination.  

‘This is the fifth Annual DMC Network Exchange’ said Dan Tavrytzky, Managing Director of the DMC Network.  ‘Each year our local destination partner continues to raise the bar and surprise and delight our clients and fellow DMC Network partners.  Summit Events is no exception – they have truly blown us away with the incentive experience that they have showcased.  Park City provided the perfect backdrop for a fantastic few days of education, adventure, community give back, amazing food and networking that further connected our clients and partners.’’

‘Our town’s mantra is that everyone benefits from being outside’ said Rob Walsh, Owner of Summit Events, a DMC Network Company.  ‘With over 400 miles of trails, our guests have an infinite amount of outdoor pursuits to experience.  From hiking and mountain biking, to strolling Main Street and experiencing a traditional mining town, we really do have everything on our doorstep to create the perfect incentive experience.’

Dan Howard, Director of Communications for Visit Park City also shared his passion for the destination, speaking on the fantastic local culture of sustainability that has been fostered in his hometown.  ‘Sustainability is a cornerstone of the way we operate our city.  We have an aspiration to be carbon neutral in the future and so there is a big focus on green meetings and wellness events here.  We have a local population that are hugely proud of Park City, and you can really feel the tone that the residents set when you visit.  To that end I think Park City offers an additional unique perspective to our guests.’

The Sixth Annual DMC Network Exchange will take place in Atlantic City, June 17-20, 2020, with Destination Philly/AC, a DMC Network Company, excited to showcase their city and welcome the group.
