Then head down to the lobby for a welcome drink or two – choose from the Lobby Bar’s selection of locally inspired cocktails, including the ever-popular Lady Luck, a refreshing tropical blend of vodka, roselle gin, honeybush, pineapple shrub, ginger, coconut, and lemon syrup.

When you’re ready, slide into a luxurious limo and be transported to Sentosa and Tanjong Beach Club where a waterfront dinner awaits. Sink your toes into warm sand surrounded by palm trees, luscious tropical foliage and a glorious panoramic sunset view while sipping on a Lavender Infused Peach Bellini. Try classic dishes with a local spin including the delicate Ranger’s Valley Wagyu Beef Carpaccio with pine nuts, basil, jicama and a fragrant kaffir aioli or Spatchcock with a hearty spiced coconut sauce, sautéed potatoes and pickled red cabbage – each dish is carefully paired with a glass of wine to perfectly complement the meal.  After a dessert of Banana Phyllo, delicate layers of flaky buttery kataifi pastry and a mix of banana compote and cream cheese with a side of ice cream, slip into the limo back to the hotel to really get the party started.

The morning after, head down to Po for a hearty breakfast featuring a mix of local favourites and a buffet spread of classic continental breakfast items.
