In conjunction with the official launch of the hotel’s bespoke Monopoly game, guests can look forward to exploring our customised game board squares and tokens while savouring a plethora of epicurean delights handcrafted by Executive Chef Massimo Pasquarelli and his culinary team.

Our preeminent annual vintage Champagne SuperBrunch extravaganza will transform the hotel’s lobby level, including the Front Desk, Concierge Desk, Colony restaurant and Chihuly Lounge into 34 ‘live’ food stations and four themed cocktail bars – decked out in elements iconic to the world’s favourite board game. Photo opportunities abound with the life-sized game board decal and tokens, green houses, red hotels and even a “jail cell”.

The convivial atmosphere will be enhanced by a deejay, caricaturists, dance performances and a magician. Culinary highlights include premium 5J Ibérico de Bellota, 100 types of international cheeses, eight varieties of freshly shucked oysters, four types of caviar, pan seared foie gras, blue lobster cassoulet, sea urchin, suckling pig catalonia, and roasted beef short rib.
