After indulging the mums, it is only fair the dads get a turn right? This is why W Hong Kong will be assembling a series of super offers this Father’s Day, namely WOOBAR’s meaty “HOLD ME TIGHT” burgers, KITCHEN’sjumbo buffet and treats inspired by “7 FOR ALL MANKIND” plus giveaway and Sing Yin Cantonese Dining’s healthy set menus.  All the supermen of the house will be pampered like royalty. Superdads, assemble!



There’s nothing like a good burger – meaty, overflowing with flavors and huge. WOOBAR’s giving all the dads not just that, but 5 new country-themed burgers with flavors from around the world (think foie gras, kimchi and more!) and even 40 choices of ingredients for you to create your OWN burger.

Hot off the stove, the ever-energetic bar of W Hong Kong debuts 5 burgers with signature ingredients around the globe, such as France, Korea, U.S.A and Mexico.  Highlights include:

  • “French Kiss”: Thanks to its rich-flavored French ingredients like foie gras, truffle-mayo, blue cheese and red wine jam, a kiss with this French beau is simply divine.
  • “Burger Gangnam Style”: Live the Korean life by having a bite of this burger that presents a delicious array of Korean treats such as caramelized kimchi, homemade gochujang ketchup and even a fried egg – all true to the country’s tradition.
  • “Wild Wild West”: Savor the all-time favorites of the Americans at the same time, like mature cheddar, apple maple bacon and crispy onion, and live the American Dream!

The 3 burgers all consist of the extraordinarily juicy 200g ground USDA prime beef that is cooked to perfection by Executive Chef Alain Allaire and his talented team. Other burgers include the Mexican “Los Amigos” burger that features a mouthwatering piece of 200g grilled marinated chicken breast , the country’s signature food item chorizo plus guacamole, and the vegetarian-friendly “The Green Call” which has grilled Portobello mushroom, sun-dried tomato, arugula and more!


Forget any restrictions and regulations, a superhero has no limits. So on Father’s Day, on top of the huge array of seafood, KITCHEN will be serving some of daddy’s favorites – whiskey and meat. The buffet features hearty dishes like Garlic rosemary Canadian prime beef, beer battered onion rings, maple crispy bacon, spicy mustard and Marinated pork rack with tomato- papaya chutney, truffle & foie gras potato puree.

To glam things up, the KITCHEN team creates a desert spread with inspirations from the fashion brand 7 FOR ALL MANKIND and adds a twist to the delightful treats to kick up the “macho” factor. For example, the Coffee Religieuse is glazed with whiskey and macaroons with chocolate moustache pieces attached. We have even got chocolate cigars!

For those who crave for something more Chinese, Sing Yin Cantonese Dining has got it all “wok”-ed out! The Sing Yin team has exquisitely prepared two 8-course menus featuring all the signatures dishes of the restaurant with an unprecedented dash of Guangdong. The Double-boiled conch soup with black garlic in particular is a must-try. Steamed for 4 to 5 hours in a covered ceramic jar, the conch’s moisture is well-preserved. By adding in a very unique ingredient that is black garlic, a perfect mix of molasses-like richness and tangy garlic undertones, the seafood’s succulent flavor becomes more prominent. It is not only tasty, but healthy too! Black garlic is widely-known for its health benefits such as cancer protection and cholesterol benefits. So with this dish, local gourmands can whet their appetite with a new taste sensation.

Other recommendations include Sautéed scallops in Sing Yin signature XO chili sauce, Wood fried crispy chicken with black truffle, Double-boiled bird’s nest with rock sugar and more.
