Michael Callaghan, General Manager at SureSave, says the Agent Console has been developed in response to agent feedback and analysis of industry needs.

“The Agent Console is the culmination of two years of extensive research and planning. We have spent a significant amount of time listening to our agents and travel partners, to find out exactly what they need to make their lives as easy as possible. As a result, we created a flexible, new streamlined issuing system,” says Michael.

The new platform offers a five-step process, enabling agents to complete the sale of a SureSave policy easily and without delay. It features quick quoting and comparison capabilities, a new detailed search function for all quotes and existing policies, plus an advanced medical screening solution which can be used in-store by agents or completed by the agents’ customers at home.

“Importantly, the Agent Console provides us with the ability to offer cover for pre-existing medical conditions across all of our international and domestic plans, it’s a first for the industry and a huge benefit to travellers who have a pre-existing condition but don’t need a comprehensive plan,” says Michael.

The implementation of SureSave’s Agent Console has begun and is set for completion by the end of the year.
