SureSave to drive growth with New Business Development Managers

SureSave, one of Australia’s leading travel insurance providers in the agency channel, is pleased to welcome Steve Jacobsen as its new Business Development Manager (BDM) for Queensland and Bec Brown as its new BDM for New South Wales and the Australian Capital Territory.  Now, at SureSave, Steve and Bec’s new roles will see them drive growth for the company which already insures 300,000 Australians every year.


 With a career spanning over 20 years in the travel industry, Steve has held various sales and management roles in leading travel companies including, World Aviation Systems, Singapore Airlines, and most recently, Air France.   

 Steve Jacobsen says, “I’ve travelled extensively throughout the world and I’m passionate about helping others to do the same.  I’m excited to be a part of a company that aims to provide travellers with something they need more than ever; world assistance, to ensure they can enjoy every moment and have the right expertise and advice to hand when required.”   

 Encompassing a wide range of management and travel industry roles, Bec’s experience has developed over the past 8 years from an Assistant Manager at Flight Centre to most recently, BDM at Cox and Kings.   

Bec Brown says, “My past roles have given me the experience needed within the travel industry to step into my new role with SureSave.  I look forward to sharing my travel knowledge with agents throughout my region.”
