Minister St.Ange invited Minister Stefan Attefall of Sweden to personally visit the mid-ocean tropical islands of the Seychelles as snow was falling in the City of UMEA and as the landscape of the City that is now the Cultural Capital of Europe was covered with a thick white carpet of snow.

“We also have a white carpet in Seychelles, but ours is the white sandy beaches that is continuously lapped by warm turquoise blue seas” the Seychelles Minister said as he promised ‘unrivalled swimming’ to his Swedish Colleague.
