Switch on to Meditation Pure Yoga introduces new series of 30-minute meditation classes

Anyone looking to boost productivity, increase clarity and inspire creativity should look towards incorporating meditation into their lives. From 13 July, Pure Yoga allows busy urbanites to do just that, with the launch of their new series of 30-minute meditation classes across all Asia locations. The expanded class offering has been specially designed for people who find it hard to fit time in their busy schedules to unwind, de-stress and re-connect with essential moments of stillness that can rejuvenate the mind.

With more scientific research drawing a clear link between meditation and improvement of stress-related disorders, an increasing number of people are embracing meditation as a method to reduce daily tensions and improve well-being. Some of the world’s most successful leaders have attested to meditation as an ingredient to their professional success, including media giant Oprah Winfrey, Facebook’s Mark Zuckerberg and singer Sandy Lam.

Suitable for all levels, 30-minute meditation classes are added to Pure Yoga’s existing offering of 60-minute meditation classes and come in a variety of options tailored to alleviate the ailments of busy city life. Yoga Nidra guides the mind into a state of deep relaxation helping to improve the quality of sleep, Nada Yoga clears the mind and releases negative thoughts through the calming sound vibrations and Pranayama grounds the consciousness and revitalises the body through breathing exercises. Pure will be further expanding their meditation offering with more classes to be introduced in the coming months. For those looking to unplug outside of class time, Pure Yoga Asia Standard Tower recently opened a private meditation room which is open to Cardholders who have access to this location to drop into at any time in the day.
