Take time to Cherish Easter, The Sukhothai BangkokExecutive Chef Antony Scholtmeyer has exquisitely prepared a broad selection of all-time favourite traditional Easter dishes to celebrate this important time of year for Easter Sunday Brunch. Specialties include Roasted Lamb with Middle Eastern Spices and Harrisa Sauce, Braised Lamb Shanks with Green Olives and Apricots, Fig and Orange Glazed Ham and South American Ceviche marinated to order. Satisfy that sweet tooth of yours for dessert with classic Easter treats including Easter Carrot Cup Cakes, Easter Mini Praline Eggs and Hot Cross Buns.

The irresistible taste of chocolate together with other sweet temptations will also be available with a three day Easter Chocolate Buffet featuring sandwiches, savories and imported liquid hot chocolate. A Cakes and Pastries station provides classic savories including assorted Easter Cookies, Blueberry Crème Brûlée and Mini Chocolate Bunnies.
