Preparing sushi and sashimi is a form of high art in Japan, especially when it comes to Japan’s most-wanted fish! TAKU is offering you a chance to appreciate different parts of this high-demand tuna at our very first Tuna Fest 2015.

Come with an empty stomach and enjoy the creations of mouthwatering Tuna sashimi sampler (6 pieces) including fatty tuna, extra fatty tuna and Akami (HK$280), the Sashimi (3 pieces) of either fatty tuna (HK$138), Extra fatty tuna (HK$198) or Akami(HK$80). Guests who are looking for a feast can opt for the Tuna sushi sampler (6 pieces) of 2 pieces each of extra fatty tuna, fatty tuna and Akami (HK$280).

Sample Taku’s limited grilled specials featuring the Maguro tail $168 & one of the most highly prized & rare cuts – The Maguro Collar – at the special introductory price of only $568 [to be ordered a day in advance].
