Chef Lim Vee Kee scooped the Special Gold Medal with his winning dish of Pheonix Oriental Cod Fillet. Blending traditional Chinese fare with elements of Western cuisine, the judges were impressed by his creativity in line with the competition’s objective of promoting the special features and essence of the diverse international Chinese cuisine.

Chef Lim Swee Lee and Chef Foo Se Tong each won the Gold Medal as they awed the judges with their creative dishes of Steamed Fish Roll with Japanese Cawamushi in Morel Golden Broth and Braised Foie Gras Chicken Paste Sea Cucumber served with Assorted Mushroom in Winter Melon Ring.
