5J Spanish ham /pan con tomato / olives

As the signature of Spanish food culture, 5J Iberico ham is the perfect harmony of nature and time. With the jamon lberico and the skill set of traditional meat cured, it has become one of the world most desired Spanish delicacy. NUO serves the 5J Iberico ham together with tomato bread and virgin olive oil and brings to you the world-renowned cultural legacy and the true taste of Spain.

Roasted bell peppers / extra virgin olive oil / rosemary / flamed focaccia

Roast on fire with just the right amount of seasoning and perfect balance of camarelised and sweet flavour, it will sure excite your palate to a whole new level.

San Sebastian croquetas / Bayonne ham

Complicated preparation procedure with filling consists of cheese, potatoes and diced ham, served with house made tartar sauce and Bayonne ham, the heart and soul of Southern France

Pincho de salmon ahumado / salmon roe / herbed cream cheese

Take the best part of the salmon, slightly smoked and serve with yogurt and pickled capers in vinegar.
