Tau Game Lodge guests wax lyrical about the team

October 3, 2017 Hotel News No Comments Email Email

The team at Tau Game Lodge in the magnificent Madikwe Reserve of South Africa has again proved its commitment not only to conservation but to ensuring guests’ every safari requirement box is ticked. Recent feedback from guests visiting the lodge in the wake of the devastating fire destroying the main hospitality lodge in June, confirms the team has not only managed its 5-star services like troupers but has secured recent visitors returning soon to experience the new facilities.

Small groups of guests have been catered for in 10 chalets since August during the remodelling of the hospitality hub and this is what they’ve had so say on social media and TripAdvisor, to mention but two posts, proving the Tau Pride team continues to please:

“We had a wonderful 3 nights at Tau game lodge. Everything, from the welcome, the chalets, the food, game drives and the spa treatment, was great. Despite the main lodge burning down recently, the team was still able to put together a phenomenal experience for our family. There were so many highlights…the bush braai where staff sang and brought cakes for our family members celebrating birthdays, the wonderful stick massage by Hloni and the passion showed by our rangers Ernie and Reggie. When there was a problem with the hot water in one of our rooms, the staff bent over backwards to sort it out. While the facilities are great, the real strength of Tau is the staff. The friendliness, attention to detail, taking all our needs into account and team work really shone out. I can’t wait to come back when the main lodge is rebuilt.”
