Taxi booking app goCatch reveals new branding

goCatch engaged creative agency, New Republique, to undertake this project and further build its ‘challenger’ brand within the Australian taxi industry.

According to Charles Hunter, Director of Sales and Marketing, goCatch, the brand transformation was the result of a successful partnership with New Republique.

“We were impressed with the entire process led by the creative agency, which involved thorough information gathering, in-depth interviews with our customers, drivers and team members as well as the assessment of the competitive landscape,” Mr Hunter said.

“New Republique has successfully embodied our strategic positioning and we believe the new goCatch logo and colours cleverly capture our own your journey mantra, putting the customer and their journey at the core,” Mr Hunter said.

With its leading technology platform, goCatch is aiming to lift the standards of the industry nationally, which it partly does with random cab checks and a ratings system that can lead to banning drivers from the service.
