Tempo Holidays Pty Ltd (ABN: 51007331213) (including all trading and business names such as Bentours) has had their ATAS Accreditation cancelled effective today, Thursday 22 August 2019.
AFTA is informing industry and consumers that Tempo Holidays is no longer ATAS accredited and has been excluded from coverage under the AFTA Chargeback Scheme (ACS). The ATAS accreditation of Tempo was suspended on 3 July 2019.
Tempo Holidays has been added to the ACS Excluded Supplier list effective from 12:00pm (AEST) today, 22 August 2019. ATAS agents participating in the ACS scheme are advised that protection no longer exists against chargeback risk for any transactions that occurs after 12:00pm today with Tempo Holidays.
The ACS Board has a duty to protect member funds, and as part of the risk management strategy may exclude or restrict suppliers from time to time. Cancelled Participants are no longer eligible for coverage under the AFTA Chargeback Scheme (ACS).

ATAS Participants whose accreditation has been cancelled must immediately take steps to remove any logo or reference to AFTA or ATAS from their website, business cards, any ancillary internet or social media sites (such as Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn), any printed material used to promote the business like brochures, flyers or newsletters, and any other in store promotional materials used like certificates, stickers or window decals.
