THAI and Standard Chartered Bank (Thai) Launch New Campaign

Thai Airways International Public Company Limited (THAI) Royal Orchid Plus recently announced a new partnership with Standard Chartered Bank (Thai) Public Company Limited and launched a new campaign “Fly Faster with a Standard Chartered Card,” catering to the lifestyle of customers who use Standard Chartered credit cards.

Credit card holders who are Royal Orchid Plus members can earn up to 45,000 Royal Orchid Plus miles and redeem miles for free round-trip tickets to selected destinations.

Mr. Chokchai Panyayong, THAI Senior Executive Vice President, Commercial Department, said that THAI is pleased to continue partnering with Standard Chartered Bank (Thai) for customer benefits through the new campaign “Fly Faster with a Standard Chartered Card.” Customers who use Standard Chartered credit cards and are members of Royal Orchid Plus frequent flyer program can redeem miles on THAI for roundtrip tickets to selected domestic and international destinations.

Currently, there are more than 2.4 million Royal Orchid Plus members worldwide and over 50 partners, including hotels, credit cards, car rental, and other business alliances. Royal Orchid Plus members may gain reward points from frequent flyer mileage and can redeem mileage for free tickets from THAI or airlines in the Star Alliance network, hotel packages, or other gifts. Furthermore, the cooperation between THAI and Standard Chartered Bank (Thai) allows credit card reward points to be exchanged for frequent flyer mileage. Through this cooperation, the customer can earn mileage faster and more conveniently with the best special offers.
