Mrs. Busaba Sangkawibha, Vice President of Marketing Development and Customer Service, said that THAI is proud to have placed in the top ten in three categories of the Travel + Leisure readers’ survey for the World’s Best Awards 2015.
In the latest and recent announcement from Travel + Leisure on 13 November 2015, THAI placed 5th in the category of World’s Best Airline for Customer Service.
While earlier in the previous month in October 2015, THAI placed 7th with the announcement by Travel + Leisure for the category of World’s Best Airline for Food.
In the World’s Best International Airline category as of 6 July 2015, THAI placed 7th. Additionally, THAI has been in given a Hall of Fame status for being in the top ten in this category for 10 years in a row.
From 3 November 2014 to 2 March 2015, Travel + Leisure readers were invited to participate through the Travel + Leisure magazine, T+L tablet editions, newsletters, social media, and at travelandleisure.com website. This year, 39 airlines were ranked based on cabin comfort, in-flight service, customer service, value, and food.
