Thailand’s Kata Group Resorts Invests in Future Growth with Appointment of Wiswin Pitikulsathit as Vice President
Leading Thailand hospitality company, Kata Group Resorts, has confirmed the appointment of Wiswin Pitikulsathit as Vice President ahead of a new campaign to build a higher, more distinctive international profile. Mr Pitikulsathit is fast emerging as a high flyer within the hotel industry and is uniquely positioned to take the southern Thai hospitality group to the next level.
Previously Kata Group’s Assistant Vice President for Asset Management he joined Kata Group Resorts from the Bangkok-based Asset Pro Management Company Limited where he was a Senior Financial Analyst.
Educated at Monash University in Melbourne Australia, Mr Pitikulsathit also has a Masters in Hospitality from the prestigious Ecole Hoteliere de Lausanne in Switzerland.
Mr Pitikulsathit has already signaled his intention to move Kata Group forward with an emphasis on guest experiences and destination marketing due to the enviable locations of the resorts in the Group’s portfolio.

Kata Group Resorts owns and operates of six resorts in Thailand and has been an established leader in the affordable luxury hospitality market for the past 35 years. The Group specialises in family and couples travel experiences, while offering beachfront weddings and corporate meetings and incentives.
