Designed to offer a taste of innovation and eccentricity, you will discover the limited-edition Barney’s Egg cocktail exclusive to Supper Club and an unforgettable Alice in Wonderland-inspired High Tea Party in The Cortile, sure to mark the occasion in signature InterContinental style.

Supper Club takes Easter cocktails to new heights

Renowned Bars Manager, John Toubia, has collaborated with the hotel’s onsite pastry team to create the Barney’s Egg cocktail in honour of the Easter festivities – an extravagant art piece served in a chocolate Easter egg with a basket of edible flowers and straw. The Barney’s Egg is a swirl of Havana seven-year-old run, Baileys, salted caramel, hazelnut bitters and milk, served with your very own Nutella pot. Available exclusively to Supper Club, your cocktail experience is heightened by uninterrupted views spanning Sydney’s Harbour – from the Harbour Bridge to Opera House and Royal Botanic Gardens – atop the level 32 rooftop terrace. Pricing and availability: Strictly Thursday 13 April and Saturday 15 April. Bookings essential; $30.00 per cocktail.

Rediscover the magic of High Tea with The Cortile

Easter Saturday and Easter Sunday: The Cortile will transform into a whimsical blend of timeclocks, eccentric hats and lollipop swirls this Easter as the Alice in Wonderland-inspired High Tea is born. Easter Saturday and Easter Sunday present the Easter Tea Party Buffet where you will find a selection of sweets, including Alice’s milk chocolate, pink grapefruit and passionfruit cups, vanilla and shortbread crème brulée and hot cross bunnies. The inspired buffet will also host a selection of Queen of Hearts buttermilk vanilla scones, homemade orange crepes, macarons, sandwiches and savouries.

Good Friday and Easter Monday: Take a trip down the rabbit role with as the signature three-tiered stands transform for a limited-time Alice-inspired tea party. You will find a selection of finger sandwiches, hot savouries and sweets – including the Queen of Hearts vanilla scones – and swirl lollipops for our little guests.
