SKYE will be offering a distinctively creative culinary and tantalising bar experience in the vibrant shopping and entertainment district of Causeway Bay,  making it a must-visit venue in the area.

Helmed by Head Chef Lee Adams, SKYE will offer a variety of contemporary French cuisine showcasing Chef Adams’ award-winning culinary techniques and stellar palate honed through his culinary career at the Michelin-starred establishments of Gary Rhodes and The Waterside Inn in the UK, expanded internationally with opening Gary Rhodes’ restaurant in Dubai.

With years of working experience at Michelin-starred restaurants and best bars around the world and in Hong Kong, such as L’atelier de Joël Robuchon, Caprice by the Four Seasons, and Nobu, the team will be bringing together experience as well as passion for the industry.

“The concept behind SKYE is about bringing Hong Kong’s global nomads together at a relaxing design setting,” shares Mr. Luc Bollen, General Manager of the Hotel.   “The food and cocktail culture at SKYE underpins the sharing culture of today’s millennials. Chef Adams and his team aim to curate SKYE’s menu to present an interesting mix of flavours and textures, creating a dining experience stimulating all senses.”

Chef Adams’ menu will be complemented by bespoke-designed and sophisticated contemporary cocktails offerings based on artisanal and boutique spirits.  Inspired by the eclectic and distinctive characteristics of Hong Kong, the menu boast an extraordinary collection of iconic SKYE signature cocktails featuring craft spirits, seasonal ingredients, and visually stunning presentations.  An impressive wine list from the old and new world is selected to be paired with the menu.

To align with the theme of bringing people together, world renowned architecture and interior design company, Design Worldwide Partnership, aims to convert SKYE to a contemporary bar and restaurant with grace and comfort, bringing the result of a sleek look that marries glitz and glamour, bound to set a trend in Hong Kong.

German Street artist, KEF, also lends the space an element of fun and modern chicness with his mixed medium textural art reminiscent of the wavy lines of seashells.

In addition to the main restaurant space, SKYE consists of three private dining rooms providing a classic and serenebackdrop for entertaining large and small groups alike.

Seating 180 people, SKYE occupies 8,000 sq ft, including the three private rooms and a large outside Deck dominated with an illuminating oblong bar offering mesmerizing views of Victoria Harbour and Victoria Park. An in-house DJ will be performing every night, creating a hip and vibrant ambience.
