Bringing a spring-scented sensation from the garden to our plates, The Langham, Hong Kong is partnering with the luxury fragrance brand Cochine to present the Sweet Blossom Afternoon Tea with an enchanting Vietnamese touch.

Founded in 2009, Cochine products are made in Vietnam and France using the finest essential oils extracted from Vietnamese plants, reflecting Saigon’s distinctive blend of oriental charm in a range of soothing candles, diffusers and fragrances. Infused with delightful fresh, floral scents, its latest premium smoothing hand cream collection incorporates various nutrients including vitamin E, apricot kernel oil and natural sodium hyaluronate, which promises effective moisturising while leaving skin nourished with botanical aromas.

The four captivating scents of the new hand cream, have been transformed into bite-sized afternoon tea pastries served at Palm Court, such as the Vietnamese Cassava coconut dacquoise with green jasmine mousse inspired by White Jasmine & GardeniaFrangipani Canelé with a hint of orange blossom coated with pink chocolate and a blossoming sugar frangipani on top to reflect Frangipani & NeroliTuberose & Wild Fig is turned into a Girl with the Tuberose, a choux pastry filled with wild fig and Sicilian lemon compote; rose-shaped pavlova meringue La Rosewith cherry mousse filling, rose and mascarpone cream as an innovation from Vietnamese Rose & Delentii.
